On one of these images I’ve attempted my first image overlay, using my image of an apple with the evidence background. In another image I’ve created another image overlay, with the image of a person with a transparent ghost-like effect walking alone down a dark alley towards the sunlight in the distance. To create another Image I’ve used a selective colour technique after making the photo black & white to highlight the reflection of a modern, new building in a puddle of water. In the background we can see worn, old seemingly abandoned areas.
In these graffiti images, I’ve used HDR effects to enhance the image and bring out the detail in the art. I’ve also used HDR to enhance the bright colours of the art. These colours that are shown through HDR I believe represents how the graffiti was in it’s original state, urban decay causing it to appear an unnatural colour, this highlights HDR effects and shows how it can improve images greatly. I then made it so that the first photo was black and white, and I used selective colour on the graffiti to make it the focus of the picture. On the second photo there was a car to the left, so I attempted to remove it however this turned out unexpectedly but left a unique effect I decided to keep.
